Red Plains Monastery is located on the plains of central Oklahoma in the heartland of the United States.
The Sisters of Benedict are a small monastic community cultivating balance in our daily life of communal prayer and manual labor, hospitality, celebration and service in our search for God. We call one another to look deeply in to the signs of the times and to respond courageously to any variety of needs.
